Privacy policy

Calendo is built to be private by default. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your email address.
• Calendar events from the calendar you connect, used only to plan for you.
• Prompts you send to the assistant, used to carry out your requests.

How we use it

We use your data to run the assistant, keep your schedule in sync, and improve reliability. Connected account tokens are encrypted with AES 256 GCM and never stored in plain text.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never train external models on your calendar or your prompts.
• We never read your email, only the calendar you connect.

Your choices

You can disconnect a calendar at any time, and you can delete your account and the data tied to it. For requests, email privacy@trycalendo.com.
